Commonwealth v. J.M. – Brockton MA (State Police)

Charge(s) –  OUI Result –Not Guilty Client was stopped at a Sobriety Checkpoint.  Based upon one of the troopers smelling alcohol, client was sent into a secondary screening area (Called the “Pit”).  Once inside the Pit area the client was administered Field Sobriety tests.  After the Field Sobriety tests the client was placed under arrest.
